3 sticks butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 T. nutmeg or allspice
1 T. cinnamon

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 t. vanilla
a little milk

Mix as listed. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet and bake in 350 oven until done (apprx. 10-12 minutes). Ice cookies when cool.
