1/2 c. butter
2 beaten egg yolks(or an appropriate substitute)
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 egg whites stiffly beaten 1 pint whipping cream, whipped (or cool whip)
1 lb. vanilla wafers
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together, add egg yolks, then nuts, and pineapple. Fold in beaten egg whites. Spread one inch thick on wafers, 3 wafers to a ball, put in refrigerator until time to serve. Then ice with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut.
