1 16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. fresh ground pork
2 cups shredded swisss cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 1/2 cups salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/3 cup stuffing mix
1 tomato
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the pork, Put kraut in casserole and top with pork, then layer the cheese. Combine the mayo, caraway seed, stuffing mix, and spread over the cheese layer. Top with tomato slices. Melt butter and stir in bread crumbs. Sprinkle over tomato slices. Microwave l2 to 14 minutes on high or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
