1 box Lemon Supreme Mix
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup wesson oil
4 eggs
1 cup apricot nector

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, beat 5 minutes. Bake 350 for 1 hour or more. As soon as cake cools 5 minutes, remove from pan & spread with mixture of 1 cup powdered sugar, 3 tbs real lemon or juice of 1 lemon.
