2 lb Hamburger
1 onion
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel diced tomatos and green chiles
grated cheese
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat & onion, add soups, sauce, tomatoes and green chiles; Simmer. Layer crushed tortilla chips in bottom of large baking dish. Add 1/2 meat mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Layer chips again; remaining meat mixture and top with cheese. Heat in oven til cheese is melted
