1 bag (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans tuna in water, drained
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of celery soup
1 cup (1%) milk
1 cup cheese flavored fish shaped crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine vegetables and tuna. Stir in rice, soup and milk. Place tuna mixure in 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole dish; cover and microwave on high 6 minutes. Stir; microwave, covered, 6-8 minutes more or until rice is tender. Stir casserole and sprinkle with crackers
