1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
strawberries and whip cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs one at a time; continue beating until smooth. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls 3 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool. Cut off tops. Pull out any filaments of soft dough. Fill with pudding or whipped cream. (Use strawberries and whipped cream). Replace tops.
