1 small head cabbage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 small onion
1/2 c. water
14 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 T. oil
1 lb. hamburger
1 (11 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. rice

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely shred cabbage. Heat oil in large kettle over medium heat. Cook cabbage and salt in oil until very tender, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook hamburger and onion until well browned. Add spaghetti sauce, water and rice, heat to boiling. Simmer for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Spoon 1/2 meat sauce in casserole and top with 1/2 cabbage, 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
