19 oz can garbanzo beans, drained (and mashed, optional)
2 T mayonnaise
2 tsp spicy brown mustard
1 T sweet pickle relish
2 green onions, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Great as a sandwich spread or as a salad on top of leafy greens.
