1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Creole mustard
2 T. French's mustard
1 T. horseradish
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. onion, diced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
salt to taste

Mix together all ingredients. Add a dash of Tabasco sauce for a kick.
