1- pkg. lemon jello/ can use sugar free,
1- cup boiling water,
8-oz.-cream cheese,
1/4- to 1/2- cup sugar,
1- tsp. vanilla,
1- 8oz. cool whip
1- graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Put jello in bowl and mix with boiling water till dissolved and set aside to cool.
In seperate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar or sweetner, and tsp of vanilla till smooth and creamy. Add jello to this and mix well. Fold in cool whip and pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate till set.

This pie is so light and delicious. I use strawberry jello and add some sliced strawberries sometimes. You can also do with peach jello and sliced peaches. Great pie to experiment with.
