1 pkg. butterscotch morsels (6 oz.)
2 T. Vegetable oil
1 can chow mein Chinese noodles (3 oz. or 2 c.)
1 small can salted peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully melt butterscotch morsels in the microwave. Stir in vegetable oil. In a large bowl, mix together chow mein noodles and peanuts. Pour butterscotch mixture over noodles and stir thoroughly with a fork. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper on a greased cookie sheet.
