Cake:
1 c. Wesson oil
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs (whole)
1-3/4 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 t. vanilla
2c. chopped nuts
1 bag of miniature marshmallows

Icing:
1-1/2 sticks butter or margarine
1 T. vanilla
1 box powered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Cake:
Mix ingredients and bake in a 13"x9"x2" cake pan at 300 for 30-45 minutes. Cover with miniature marshmallows immediately after removing from oven.

Icing:
Mix all ingredients well. Do NOT cook. Pour over cake while still warm.
