5 lbs PEI potatoes
2 large onions
3 large cans of cream corn
6 cups milk
1 cup 18% cream

Directions:
Directions:
Before you begin, dice onions and cube potatoes. Then combine onions, 2 T. of butter and minced garlic or garlic powder in a large pot and stir until onions begin to brown. While you are doing this, put potatoes in a large bowl of water and microwave until they begin to become tender (approximately 25 minutes on high). Add to onion and garlic mixture and stir gently until combined. Add corn, milk, and cream slowly while continuing to stir the mixture.
Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 1-2 hours.
