2 1/2 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1 c. oleo
egg yolk

2/3 c. crushed corn flakes
5 c. sliced apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

egg white

powdered sugar icing

Combine flour, sugar, salt and oleo.
Put egg yolk in measuring cup and add milk to 2/3 c. Mix in. Put 1/2 crust on bottom of greased pan.

Layer crushed corn flakes, sliced apples, sugar and cinnamon on crust.

Top with remaining crust.

Beat 1 egg white until foamy and brush across the top of crust. Bake in 400 oven for 40-50 minutes.

Drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
