2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 T. shortening/butter
1 egg - well beaten
2 T. milk
3 mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add milk, bananas and egg. Add dry ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
