2 (16 oz) packages cheese tortellini
Zesty italian dressing
1 small head cauliflower, broken into florets
1 bunch broccoli (florets only)
1 1/2 cups celery, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 oz can pitted ripe olives
14 oz jar stuffed olives
2 (4 oz) cans mushrooms, drained and rinsed
1 pepperoni stick, sliced
6 1/2 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and quartered
1 pint cherry tomatoes

Cook tortellini as directed on package; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain and cool.

In a large bowl combine cauliflower, broccoli, celery and green pepper; toss gently with tortellini. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, add ripe olives, green olives, mushrooms, pepperoni and srtichike hearts. Use half of the dressing, toss lightly. Cover, refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Before serving, add cherry tomatoes and the remaining dressing. Toss gently.
