6 eggs 1 cup flour 1 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 3-4 Tablespoons butter
Mix all ingredients except butter. Preheat oven to 450º. Place butter in pan and put in oven while preheating until butter is melted. Pour egg mixture onto melted butter. Bake about 25 minutes on the lower rack. Serve with powdered sugar and fresh fruit, jam, or syrup.
