Crust:
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Powder Sugar
1/2 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Pecans

Filling:
1 8 Ounce Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Container Cool Whip

Top Layer
2 Packages of Butterscotch Pudding (Instant)
3 Cups Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Before Serving: Rest of cool whip & chopped pecans.

Crust: Mix the ingredients and press in a 9 x13. Bake at 350 10-15 minutes. Let cool.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar. Fold in HALF container of cool whip. Spread over crust.

Top Layer: Mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Spread on cream cheese layer.

Spread rest of cool whip on top before serving and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
