2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Oatmeal
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Melted Margarine
6 Ounce Package Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Chopped Nuts.

Caramel Mixture
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
14 Ounce Caramels

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and brown sugar until smooth. Blend in flour, oatmeal, soda and salt. Press HALF of this mixture in a 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.

Over low heat, melt caramels with evaporated milk. Pour this over the chips and nuts. Cover with remaining crumbled mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350.
