12 oz, semi sweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons sugar
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites beaten stiff
2 cups cream, whipped
2 small angel food cakes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler. Add sugar and beaten egg yolks. Remove from heat and cool about 5 minutes. Add egg whites, then whipped cream. Put a layer of small cake chunks in a 9x13 pan. Cover lightly with sauce, reserving a larger portion of the sauce for the top. Add another layer of cake chunks. Cover with remaining sauce. Let set in fridge (NOT FREEZER) for several hours before cutting and serving.
