1 Stick Butter
1 Medium Onion
2 Packages thawed Spinach Squeezed
1 Can Artichoke Hearts Chopped
8 Ounce Sour Cream
1 Package Cream Cheese
1 Cup Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until tender. Save 1/4 of this for top of dip.
Mix remaining ingredients and only 3/4 of cheeses together.
Spread in 9x13 pan and put remaining onion mixture and cheeses on top.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.

Can be served with garlic toast cut up, bagel chips or even pita chips.
Can be frozen so if you would like to place in two 9x9 pans I have done that & it is great!
