4 Cubed Boneless Chicken Breasts 2 Chopped Apples 1 Small Chopped Onion 2 Tablespoons Butter Cream of Mushroom Soup 8 Ounce Sour Cream Curry Powder (to your taste) White Rice
Saute butter, onion, apple & curry in skillet. Add sour cream & soup. Place chicken in cake pan & add the sauce. Bake 350º for one hour. Serve over rice. Garnish with paprika in if you are feeling like Martha Stewart;)
