10 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups almonds
1/2 to 1 cup sunflower seeds (or pumpkin seeds)
1/4 to 1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
optional: ground flax seed
1 cup oil
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except oil, honey, vanilla, and raisins in a large mixing bowl. Set aside. In a sauce pan heat oil and honey until just boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over oat mixture. Mix well. Spread onto 2 cookie sheets. Bake at 250 for 2 hours. Stir halfway through. After done baking, stir in raisins. Let cool completely on cookie sheet. Store in airtight container.

I vary the amounts of sunflower and sesame seeds that I use, which is why there is a very approximate amount listed. I have recently started adding the ground flax seed, and I still don't know what amount I like best. Use whatever amount you like. The flax seed will make it brown faster, so watch it more closely towards the end of baking so it doesn't get too brown.
