2 lb cooked flaked fillets
2 cups milk
3 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 T. butter
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Flake fish. Make white sauce with butter, flour, salt, and milk. Stir until thick. Cover bottom of baking dish with fish. Pour white sauce over the fish and cover with cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
