6-8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
1 can sliced water chestnuts(drained)
1 can sliced mushrooms(drained)
1/2 tsp. ground thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Brown chicken breasts in frying pan(with a little butter) or under broiler. Put browned breasts in large covered casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients in pan and heat to boiling.

Pour sauce over chicken.

Cover casserole and cook for 25 minutes. Remove cover and cook for another 25 minutes.

Serve with rice.
