2 lb lamb (cubed)
Whole mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Red pepper
Green pepper
Onions (small)
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano and sherry in large container. Add the lamb and marinate overnight. Soak skewers in water. Alternate marinated lamb and vegetables on each skewer. Preheat barbecue, place skewers directly on hot grill. Rotate the skewers until meat is done.
