1 C Sugar 1/2 C Butter 1/2 C Light Syrup 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2 3oz (16 c) Packages Light Microwave Popcorn 1 C Mixed Nuts
Stir first five ingredients in a small saucepan bring to boil, over medium heat. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Pour popcorn in greased pan. Pour hot caramel over popcorn. Stir well with greased spatula. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stirring every 15 min. Spread on waxed paper.
