4 servings boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. table salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. onions
1/2 c. white wine
16 oz. canned tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano
8 oz. mushrooms
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. basil
4 c. cooked pasta

Season chicken with salt and pepper; coat with flour. Brown chicken on all sides in oil. Add remaining ingredients to pan except mushrooms and pasta. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 5 more minutes or until chicken and mushrooms are tender. Serve over spaghetti, angle hair or your choice of pasta
