One whole chicken any size
salt
pepper
Garlic Salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour enough wter to barley cover the bottom of the crock pot.

Place Chicken in crock pot and season to your desire.

Cook on low for 5 or more hours until the chicken falls off bones.

Remove form pot and debone.

You can eat now or use the chicken in any dish that requires chicken.

I set aside portions and freeze in sealable zip lock bags for easy use when I need cooked chicken.
