4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled, reserve grease
1 1/2 pounds of sirloin, cut in 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 1/2 Tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup beef broth
1 heaping tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle beef cubes with salt and pepper. Heat bacon grease. Brown sirloin and onion 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle paprika and saute 3-4 minutes longer. Add garlic, broth and stir in tomato paste til smooth. Cover and simmer 1-2 hours. Right before serving, stir in sour cream and bacon bits and serve over egg noodles.
