2 cups flour
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
4 cups buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
cinnamon to taste
nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and cook on a pancake griddle. Serve with hot syrup, jam, or berries and whipped cream.
