2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 - 10 oz. jar of seedless raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, walnuts, butter and egg; beat at low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture. Press the rest of the mixture into a greased 9 x 9" pan. Spread jam to within 1/2" of the edges. Crumble the reserved crumb mixture over the jam. Press mixture lightly into the jam. Bake at 350 for 40 - 50 minutes.

Bake at 325 if using a glass pan.
