2 c. flour
3/4 c. powder sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
4 c. rhubarb, diced
1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, powder sugar, and butter. Mix and pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together. Add flour and salt, mix well. Fold in rhubarb. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
