1 cup uncooked wild rice (cook as you like)
1 medium onion, grated
1 large carrot, grated
3 stalks celery, cut fine
2 cans cream chicken soup
2 cans cream mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
4 cans liquid (use 2 milk, 2 water)
2 cups diced chicken or turkey

Directions:
Directions:
While cooking wild rice, saute onion, carrot and celery until tender. In either a large pan (Dutch oven) or a slow cooker, mix the soup and all the liquids. Add sautéed vegetables and chicken. Add rice last. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Salt and pepper to taste.
