4 -5 pound boneless pork or beef roast 1/2 cup water 1 onion, sliced or chopped 1 - 16 oz. bottle barbecue sauce Buns or French bread
Cook roast with water in crock pot on low heat for 10 to 12 hours. Remove. Slice thin. Return to crock pot. Add onion and barbecue sauce. Cook on low for another 4 to 6 hours. Serve on buns or French bread.
