1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
Chopped garlic - to taste
1 lb. bacon, chopped
Ketchup
BBQ Sauce
Mustard
Chives - chopped
1 shake Tabasco (optional)or
1 shake chili powder (optional)
Brown sugar (added at end to cut tartness)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown first four ingredients. Place in crock pot on low. Add other ingredients to taste unless indicated otherwise. Cook until done.
