"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 - 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 can Progresso hearty black bean soup 1 package taco seasoning (I prefer Taco bell but use whatever you like)
Brown the ground beef. If you would like the dip to be spicy, season the meat while you brown it (I use a couple of different hot sauces, but I can't tell you what they are because then I wouldn't have any secrets!) Follow the preparation directions on the taco seasoning after meat is browned and drained. Take soup and heat for two to three minutes in the microwave (be sure to remove from can before doing this, otherwise you may have to purchase a new microwave). After the meat and the beans are done cooking combine in a casserole dish. Serve with tortilla chips.
