2 - 10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with salt, onion, 2 tbsp. butter and 1/2 cup cheese. Rinse and dry mushrooms. Saute in 4 tbsp. butter. Spoon over spinach and cheese. Top with remaining cheese and the garlic powder. Bake 25 minutes at 350 or until hot and bubbly.
