2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed Minced onion, if desired 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup sour cream 1 cup half & half 1/4 cup melted butter
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9x13 pan sprayed with PAM. Top with 1/4 cup melted butter mixed with 1 1/2 cups crushed seasoned croutons. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 30 - 35 minutes at 350. NOT cholesterol free but so good!
