Taco Salad Recipe

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned
1 packet taco seasoning
1 head lettuce, shredded
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped (or more if like a lot of onion)
1 lb (or more) grated cheddar cheese
1 can red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 can small black olives (optional)
1 avocado, diced (optional)

Prepare hamburger with seasoning according to directions on packet. Let cool completely. Layer all ingredients into a large bowl. Just before serving, add Fritos (to taste - at least 1/2 bag) and toss. Dressing can be either Catalina French or Pace extra mild salsa (or spicier depending on personal tastes). If entire salad is not going to be eaten right away Fritos should be served on the side so they do not get soggy.
