2 - 3 red apples
2 - 3 green apples
1 lb. grapes
1 lb. strawberries
2 - 3 bananas
Non-fat vanilla yogurt
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up the applies, strawberries and bananas into bite size pieces, then add the grapes. Mix in the yogurt and cinnamon as a dressing (the more yogurt you add, the creamer it is).
