Ingredients:
3 - 4 cucumbers - rough cut
4 - 5 roma tomatoes - rough cut
1 large white or red onion
1 package Feta cheese
1 can black or Greek olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut vegetables into bite size chunks. Mix together in large bowl. Crumble 3/4 to 1 entire package of feta cheese. Mix completely. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with a few black olives if desired. There is no need for a dressing - the cheese is a wet cheese and as the salad is chilling, the natural juices of everything create a dressing of sorts.
