2 cups uncooked macaroni shells
2 cups celery chopped
1/2 cup fresh green onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
2 cups cubed chicken
1 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup salted cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells and rinse with cold water. Stir in 3 tbsp. salad dressing so shells will not stick later. Mix brown sugar and vinegar, add salad dressing then fold in celery, onion, chicken and shells. Chill in refrigerator. Before serving, add cashews. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
