1 can peas (best grade)
1 cup cubed cheddar
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup red pepper, diced
1 tsp. celery seed
1 cup peanuts

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and toss with a dressing of 1/4 cup Miracle Whip, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. prepared mustard. Chill well before serving.
