1 - 16 oz. can Red salmon
1 egg
3/4 cup liquid (salmon liquid plus milk)
1 cup coarse cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan. Flake salmon and remove bones and skin. Blend in egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon lightly into pan. Bake 45 minutes.
