4 - 1 inch thick pork chops 4 thin onion slices 4 thin lemon slices Brown sugar Ketchup
Place pork chops in baking pan. Top each pork chop with one slice of onion, one slice of lemon, one tablespoon of brown sugar and one tablespoon of ketchup. Cover pan with foil and bake in preheated 350 oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
