1/2 c. Margarine - Melted
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Baking Soda
4 1/2 c. Oatmeal
3/4 c. Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 - 1 c. M&M's
12 oz. pkg. Milk Chocolate Chips (for frosting)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl except the 12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips & mix. Spread and press into an ungreased 9x13 bar pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes until light brown. Do NOT over bake! Pour the 12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips on top right after baking. Let them melt. Spread with spatula over top for frosting. Let cool. Serve and Enjoy!
