1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup finely chopped ham
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Dash of pepper
1 - 10 inch. unbaked pastry shell (I use Pillsbury pre-made crust) in 10" quiche pan

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream cheese (DO NOT USE LIGHT OR FAT FREE) and milk over low heat; stir until smooth. Gradually add cream cheese sauce to eggs. Add onion, ham and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let set several minutes before cutting.
