3 tbsp. salad oil
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. pepperoni
2 cups chopped green pepper
2 cups chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
1 quart jar spaghetti sauce
1 - 12 oz. pkg. Rigatoni noodles - cooked
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 6 ingredients in skillet and saute. Add next 5 ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Cook noodles. Put in casserole (makes a large 2-3 quart casserole). Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Remove and put cheese on top. Bake 10 minutes more.
